Prematurity
Jewish Family & Children’s Service hosts Fragile Beginnings at its Waltham and Walpole offices with a monthly support group and home visits to bridge hospital to home for the days, weeks, months, and years that follow. This adaptation and expansion of services of The Center for Early Relationship Support of Jewish Family and Children’s Service create a network of support targeted to meet the overwhelming needs of families of premature infants.
