Acquired Brain Injury
The support group provides socialization and education for people with acquired brain injury, their friends and family. Usually meets on the 1st Saturday of each month from 10 am to Noon at the Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, 300 First Avenue, Charlestown Navy Yard in Conference Rooms A and B on the first floor. If the first Saturday falls on a holiday weekend, the BABIS Support Group will meet on the second Saturday. Family & affected individuals are invited. There is also a Family/Caregiver support group which meets at the same time, starting around 10:45-noon, facilitated by a Social Worker. Check the website to confirm the details.
